Organic Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan) D.O.P. / B.O.B. aged for 36 months is a crumbly cheese that can be grated on top of pasta dishes. It can also be mixed into a lasagna bechamel sauce for extra flavor and richness.
Can also be eaten in pieces, preferably with a nice glass of red wine.
Parmesan is naturally lactose-free and is therefore also recommended for children.
