How you can use the cheese powder:
To make the classic Jalapeño Cheddar sauce, bring 2.5 dl of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove the water from the heat and whisk in 5 tbsp. Jalapeño Cheddar Mix. Stir thoroughly for a smooth and creamy consistency. Then let the sauce stand for 1-2 minutes until it thickens. Serve the sauce with pasta or with enchiladas and stews for a bold, spicy flavor!
You can also make a Jalapeño Cheddar cheese dip. Follow the same procedure as the classic sauce mentioned above, but increase the amount of Jalapeño Cheddar Sauce Mix to a total of 8 tbsp. for a thicker consistency. Serve with tortilla chips, as a dip for nachos or pour over fries.
For a Jalapeño Cheddar Soup base, follow the instructions for the classic sauce mentioned above, but reduce the Jalapeño Cheddar Sauce Mix to just 4 tbsp.
