How you can use the cheese powder:
Sprinkle it over popcorn, pretzels or vegetables like broccoli and baked potatoes. Add to sauces, casseroles and homemade mac and cheese.
To spice up chips, crackers or other snacks, add 2-4 tablespoons of cheese powder to a sealable bag. Add your snacks, seal the bag, then shake with cheese topping.
To make the classic cheddar cheese sauce: melt 60g butter or margarine over medium heat in a small saucepan. Once melted, add 4 tbsp. milk and whisk in 2 tbsp. Premium Cheddar Powder into the pan. Heat until the sauce reaches 82 degrees, then cook for another 5 minutes, stirring until the sauce has thickened. Serve with fries, soft pretzels or tortilla chips. Or pour the sauce over cooked pasta for an easy macaroni and cheese.
Storage: Store powder in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing cheese powders.
