How you can use the cheese powder:
To make the classic Spicy Southwest Cheese sauce, first bring 2.5 dl of water to the boil. Once boiling, remove the water from the heat and whisk in 5 tablespoons of Spicy Southwest Cheese Mix. Stir thoroughly for a smooth and creamy consistency. Then leave the sauce to stand for 1-2 minutes more until slightly thickened. Serve the sauce with pasta, potatoes, steamed vegetables and more!
For a Spicy Southwest Cheddar cheese dip, follow the instructions for the classic sauce mentioned above, but increase the Spicy Southwest Cheddar Sauce Mix to a total of 8 tbsp. for a thicker consistency. Serve with tortilla chips, drizzle over nachos or pour over fries.
For a Spicy Southwest Cheddar Soup base, follow the instructions for the classic sauce mentioned above, but reduce the Spicy Southwest Cheddar Sauce Mix to just 4 tbsp.
